Shanice Leung

8 years bartending. 10 years slinging coffees and running her mum’s café in Brisbane. No degree. 'Yolo' is the phrase. Now spending her Monday-Friday's as The Experience Lead at a chaotic creative agency called Kill Boring Dead. She’s also building a spicy little empire with her chilli oil business, Pantry Daddy, and living for road trip adventures.

Put on Bieber or A$AP Rocky at your event and she’ll be the one behind the bar and on the dance floor. Sometimes at the same time. Cocktails with character. Service with soul. No boring bullshit—ever.

Alison Wilson

8 years behind the bar, 10 years perfecting the coffee grind now with a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Public Relations. These days, she manages beautiful humans at GIANT Management in Prahran, and pours even better drinks on the side

Off the clock? You’ll find her buried in a book (or ten), walking her fur son Nemo, or chasing that golden tan like it’s a full-time job. Mention Harry Potter or colouring books and you won’t get her back for at least 3 hours. You’ve been warned.

She brings the calm, the class, and the cocktails. Just don’t ask her to choose between a 'Cosy Colouring' book or a Labubu.

Bianca Jayne

Psych degree? Tick. Working in the psychosocial disability space by day, slinging cocktails by night. She’s got the brains and the bar skills. When she’s not mixing drinks or supporting beautiful people in her day job, she’s either cooking up something delicious in the kitchen or sanding down a $20 Facebook Marketplace find like her life depends on it. Warm, weirdly smart, and low-key obsessed with good vibes and great chairs.

Mia Yall

Film & TV grad turned talent wrangler. Started behind the camera, now she’s out here managing the stars.

When she’s not juggling talent like a pro, she’s crate-digging for vinyl, hoarding crystals, and tearing open way too many Skull Panda blind boxes (no regrets).

Sharp eye. Chill energy. Collects tiny weird dolls and somehow still has her life together. Iconic.

Originally basing in Brisbane QLD, - ST SAHLA has become a highly respected name in the local community. From pouring some of Brisbane’s best coffees, and working up a storm in many different cafes across Brisbane’s North & Westside, Shanice & Ali are definitely your all beverage go-to.

Taking the leap in August 2021, the ST SAHLA duo moved their lives to Melbourne, Victoria to take the next step forward for their daytime careers. ST SAHLA will continue to run in Melbourne & hopefully carry on the impression they left in their home town.

Their experience and showmanship are second to none. Mixing the old with the new, these mixologist geniuses can craft a perfectly prepared classic with a new twist, or serve a completely original drink with basic ingredients and techniques.
