By booking our mobile bartending services, you’re agreeing to the following terms. They're here to keep things smooth, fair, and fabulous for everyone involved.

What We Do
 

ST SAHLA brings bartending to your doorstep. Private events, special occasions, backyard blowouts — we’re here to serve, shake, and stir.

We provide all the equipment, staff and supplies needed to bring your bar dreams to life. A minimum of 3 hours per booking applies unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

We also reserve the right to decline service to anyone, anytime, for any reason. Good vibes only. Safety first, always.

 

Bookings & Payment
 

  • A 20% deposit is required to lock in your event. No event is secured without a deposit.

  • Payment can be made by direct transfer to the below details:

  • Once the deposit is received, minor tweaks to your booking are fine with reasonable notice. Any major changes may affect the final cost.
     

  • The final payment is due 7 days before your event unless discussed otherwise.
     

  • For events booked within 7 days of the event date, full payment is required upfront unless discussed otherwise.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling
 

If your event is cancelled, your 20% deposit is non refundable, however can be transferred to a new event within 6 months from your original event date, depending on our availability.
 

If your event is cancelled within 7 days, 50% of your total event is required to be paid.
 

All changes or cancellations must be made in writing.
 

Please note: These terms apply even in the case of government restrictions or other unforeseen disruptions.

If we (ST SAHLA) are unable to deliver our services due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer either:

  • A new date, if agreed or,

  • A full refund of your 20% deposit

 

Service Extension:
 

Extending our service on the evening can be discussed on a case by case basis.

 

Safety:
 

We’re big on good times and safe environments. We won’t tolerate any abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff or other guests. If anything makes our team feel unsafe, they have the right to leave immediately, with no refund issued.

You are responsible for:

  • The event site
     

  • The safety of your guests
     

  • Making sure our team can work in a safe environment
     

We accept no responsibility for injury, property damage or loss during your event.

 

Alcohol & Licensing:
 

ST SAHLA does not supply alcohol. We’re happy to advise quantities based on the Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines, but you're responsible for sourcing your drinks and having the correct licensing or permissions where required.
 

We take RSA seriously. Our staff will:

  • Ask for ID if needed

  • Refuse service to intoxicated guests

  • Cut off anyone who poses a safety risk or acts inappropriately
     

If your event is not in a private residence or space, you must ensure the area is exclusively reserved for your guests. If any licensing rules are broken, you’ll be responsible for any fines or penalties that may apply.
